We’re celebrating 40 years in business this year!
Here is a photo of Melvin and Jean Birch at the opening of our very first office back in 1983. Most of today’s staff weren’t even born and it was way before smartphones, hence the quality of the photos!
We’ve seen so many changes, challenges, and good times and we wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for our truly valued customers. Here’s a throwback of the team from 1989. There are 3 familiar faces in the picture who are still part of the Birch team today! Can you guess who?

As part of our celebrations this year, we’ll be sending 40 luxury hampers to 40 of our customers. Our Afternoon Tea hampers are produced by the beautiful Chatsworth House team and they’re packed with locally sourced treats including fresh juices, biscuits, beverages, cookies, cakes, and a bit of fizz to tempt the taste buds!

Not only are we celebrating with you, but we’re also hoping to give a little back this year by taking part in charitable activities throughout the year. With the whole team at the helm, our goal is to take part in 40 activities across 2023 and 2024! We’ll be keeping you updated on our progress across the summer and towards the end of the year!
