Challenge
Wade Spring are the UK’s leading manufacturer of furniture springs and have been in business a very long time, since 1921!
We were contacted by their sales team who required our support with some exhibition stands and collateral for an upcoming furniture event. Because Wade Spring already serve a large part of the furniture industry with their springs this event was very much a speculative step, and although their presence was needed to reflect their brand and standing in the industry, budget was a key consideration.
Nigel, our MD, met up with the Wade Spring sales team to fully understand their requirements and objectives, and discuss the options available to them along with their ideas, before creating a plan for the project’s next steps.
Solution
We partnered with specialist exhibition stand company PMX Projects for the production of the exhibition stands, and after our initial briefing, PMX kick started the project by creating a visual layout plan for the various elements of the entire display.
Using the plans from PMX and brand assets supplied by Wade Spring, our studio team started by creating visuals for each of the exhibition stand panels. These all went through a thorough review process with Wade Spring, and our team worked with PMX to ensure any amends would fit with the exhibition stand design. Throughout the project our team were in constant communication with Wade Spring and PMX to ensure the visuals were bang on before the stands went into production.
In addition, we produced branded exhibition workwear, printed leaflets, and folders to support the team throughout the event.

Results
From design, artwork creation, and print production, through to stand installation and removal, our team facilitated the successful smooth set up and operation of the week long exhibition. To top it all off, we were able to reduce the cost of the stand by 25% on previous suppliers, which was a huge win for the Wade Spring team.
