NOCN have been creating opportunities through learning and skills development for over 30 years. They’re an educational charity whose core aims are to help learners reach their potential and organisations thrive. NOCN normally run and attend lots of events every year but due to the Covid pandemic of 2020/21, they had no choice but to take up the new online event trend.
Despite the online format of the event, they still wanted a personal touch and approached Birch to work on producing and delivering event delegate packs to the first 100 delegates who registered to the event.
Our team had previously worked on something similar for DPD’s online conference, so we were well placed to advise on pack contents, getting the packs delivered intact, and ensuring there was a real wow-factor for the recipients. Our previous experience along with our understanding of the delegate profile, meant that we were able to suggest some great content options for the pack. The NOCN team picked their favourites and the final contents of the packs were confirmed.
The NOCN delegate pack was received tremendously well by all. The pack contained a postcard, salted caramel gourmet popcorn, shortbread fingers, a mug and tea bag, a coffee sachet, a couple of pens, a notebook and a water bottle. Presentation shredding was used to ensure the items were well protected in transit, as well as adding an air of mystery to the opening of the pack. The shipping carton doubled as a presentation box due to it’s white lining, and the distribution was done well in advance which meant we could despatch via Royal Mail to save on shipping costs for NOCN.
Win-win all round!Back to case studies
