The Mayor Gallery in London houses an array of beautiful contemporary artwork in stunning exhibitions. With Industry enthusiasts in regular attendance at these events, The Mayor Gallery needed a print marketing partner who could create and produce a wide range of printed marketing material to help support the communications for their unique artist exhibitions.
The Birch team have been working with The Mayor Gallery for 5 years and each project has been exciting to work on because of the gallery’s unique creative stories.
Each and every exhibition is different, so from the beginning of each project our team work with The Mayor Gallery to discuss the artist, theme and the curation process for the exhibition. Based on our in depth background research, our team then create the design’s look and feel and make a decision on the print processes to be deployed across each of the marketing products, from invitations right through to brochures. In an aesthetic industry, attention to detail is paramount. Our team supply a wet proof to ensure colour accuracy across all artwork that’s to be included in the exhibition brochure and then we manually adjust any colour differences on the artwork itself, or on the printing press.
The brief for each exhibition is unique which makes our project work with The Mayor Gallery incredibly varied; from laminates, foils, spot UV and embossing, we work with The Mayor Gallery to get the desired effect.
Our team take great pleasure in producing print marketing material that informs and delights the team at The Mayor Gallery. When the invitations are completed and approved our team manage the whole distribution process by mailing to a global database of potential art buyers. Working with the Birch team takes some pressure off The Mayor Gallery team in the lead up to the execution of each exhibition. We take the brief, consult, create and deliver a high quality collection of marketing material for each exhibition.
