If I choose print management, can I customise which project Birch handle?
Of course, you can ‘pick and choose’ which services you’d like our experienced team to provide. We can deliver a complete design and printing service or simply lend a hand to support just a few aspects of your project.
What type of files can you accept?
We accept a wide range of file formats including pdf, InDesign files (.indd), Illustrator files (.ai) and Photoshop files (.psd). In some cases, we can even accept Word and Excel files.
Do you charge for proofs?
We don’t charge for standard PDF proofs. If you require an Epsom proof, via a digital press or a ‘WET’ proof (A proof that is ran through an actual printing press which requires ink, and plate/screen setup) this will be chargeable.
Whats the best way to supply artwork?
What design programmes do you use?
What resolution should my photos and graphics be saved in?
We recommend a resolution of 300dpi to help avoid pixelation when printed. All photos should also be saved in CMYK instead of RBG which may not print properly.
